Another suggestion for IpSwitch is to contact your/a Dell representative
and get a demo system in house to test on. You'd have it for x days.
With the number of people using Dell, seems like this would be a good
investment.
I don't buy the NIC replacement. IMHO there is a race condition
somewhere which makes it hard to find. Replacing the NIC is NOT fixing
the problem, only hiding it. (Which sometimes is OK too). In these
cases, there is NO problem with these NIC's.

Not to excuse Ipswitch, but with previous versions of Imail I have
seen this
problem fixed by using a different NIC. I'd spend the 5 minutes to
throw an
old NIC in there just for giggles.
