As for the four categories, use a numeric field to indicate how many,
i.e. 1)=1, 2)=4, 3)=0, 4)=0 which means One Uppercase, four Lowercase,
No digits and No symbols.

Also, allow the user to select the characters, symbols and digits,
i.e. we avoid zero and "O", one and "l", v and w, V and W and the
characters commonly used in connection with databases, such as %, ?,
etc.

Auto expire and password never expires are two good features.
