I wish it was that cheap ... Cisco quoted us over $3000.00 a year for support and updates on our PIX and GB Cisco Switch. I found their support lacking ... I felt I was talking to a college student on spring break at a call center, even after getting our issue escalated. Even after they release a patch to fix our issue, they wanted another payment to get it installed by their tech support ... BUT THEY WOULDN"T just give us the patch to install our self!!
