We're suddenly experiencing a new problem with our Imail 2006.1 A few people suddenly cannot log in until their passwords are reset.
This happened to one of our own administrator accounts as well, so I really don't think that it is a case of user "oops". Any ideas? There used to be a handy app from eEye that let us decrypt passwords, which was awfully handy if we wanted to migrate accounts or to log onto a client account for troubleshooting. Is there a modern version of this app out there anywhere? Thanks for your kind assistance.
