We're suddenly experiencing a new problem with our Imail 2006.1

A few people suddenly cannot log in until their passwords are reset.

This happened to one of our own administrator accounts as well, so I really
don't think that it is a case of user "oops".

Any ideas?

What kind of authentication are you using? Imail, NT, or External DB? If NT or NT/AD, a spammer might be password guessing and triggering the 3-atttempt-disable rule.

There used to be a handy app from eEye that let us decrypt passwords, which
was awfully handy if we wanted to migrate accounts or to log onto a client
account for troubleshooting.
