Well,  I'll  tell you one thing that's out of sync. You don't pass the
infamous  HELO-A-PTR  roundtrip  test  when  you HELO as mail.mtwi.net
(your  source  IP, 69.51.66.5, has non-matching PTR mail.centric.net).
Such  problems are seen frequently on IMail servers below 9.x. If that
test  is  why  Verizon  is  stopping  you,  and  they  won't create an
exception, the solution is less than simple (short of upgrading).
