Katie,

There is a fairly simple fix if you get the error during install
that says WSH is not installed, even though it is.

Question/Problem:
Installing IMail/ICS 2006.1, I am receiving a WSH not installed
error. When I click OK, the install closes. What do I do?

Answer/Solution:
Move the IMail/ICS installation file to the root of 'c:\'.
Open a command prompt.
Enter the following command:

'change user /install'

When the prompt returns, launch the install from this same
command prompt, using the correct name for the install file.
Examples:
imail2006.exe
ics_premium.exe
imail_secure.exe

I'm told this has helped everyone who has tried it...

We do have an upgrade pending so if that's the solution we'll be
in good
shape.

We are installing Imail 2006 on a new machine. It's kinda been
on the back
burner. When last I tried to install the installer said the
Windows Script
Host needed to be installed. However, it is installed. I
haven't had any
time to work on the new install since then.

Thanks,
Katie
