Katie, There is a fairly simple fix if you get the error during install that says WSH is not installed, even though it is.
Question/Problem: Installing IMail/ICS 2006.1, I am receiving a WSH not installed error. When I click OK, the install closes. What do I do? Answer/Solution: Move the IMail/ICS installation file to the root of 'c:\'. Open a command prompt. Enter the following command: 'change user /install' When the prompt returns, launch the install from this same command prompt, using the correct name for the install file. Examples: imail2006.exe ics_premium.exe imail_secure.exe I'm told this has helped everyone who has tried it... We are installing Imail 2006 on a new machine. It's kinda been on the back burner. When last I tried to install the installer said the Windows Script Host needed to be installed. However, it is installed. I haven't had any time to work on the new install since then.
