That is the solution to the roundtrip problem, yes, because 9.x lets you hard-code a single, matching HELO for your system. But I can't tell you that that is the sole issue you are having with Verizon; it would, however, qualify as a non-blacklist reason for your connection to be dropped (that is, when receiving servers perform the roundtrip test, they apply it to all non-exempted servers, so they would be unable to look up your IP in any separately maintained blacklist database to tell you why your connection was dropped). --Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] SpamAssassin plugs into Declude! http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/SPAMC32/download/release/ Defuse Dictionary Attacks: Turn Exchange or IMail mailboxes into IMail Aliases! http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/exchange2aliases/download/release/ http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/ldap2aliases/download/release/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
