Hi Everyone - I'm looking to outsource my backup mail services (about 70 domains, 250 users). We are trying to get a little more leaner, and this is a place where I think we can cut our internal costs. I received some information from one provider regarding costs, etc. When asked how they would sync with my mail server for users, she replied that they don't sync, that once it is configured they will accept mail for [EMAIL PROTECTED], then forward it to me when I'm back online. Is this normal? It seems like that would be a waste of traffic when they accept any email for our domains. Is anyone on the list currently providing backup MX services?
