Well, one that is available is Sandy's tools for synchronizing with Exchange. I believe Exchange is the master in this case.
For Imail, this could be done fairly easily by exporting registry or DB settings. For automating it, the easiest way is probably to set up a separate admin interface that in turn makes the updates to both servers. This would require some development, however.
