Outlook Express would parse this very quickly - much quicker than Outlook. Create a dummy account and copy the mbx file into that users folder - IMAP it and have at it.

Is there a program to cut them in half or command line to extract all messages from a file for a specific person. Running 2006.21 on server which is a dual xeon with 8 gig ram, seems to take forever loading the files.
