The airheads at MSN, specifically the DNS admin monkey, needs to set up 
multiple MX's:

msn.com            MX  10  email.msn.com
mail.msn.com       MX  10  email.msn.com
email.msn.com      MX  10  email.msn.com

... assuming email.msn.com is where the SMTP box lives.

Of course, all of us Imail aces have done this in our DNS's for all our own 
zones, right??
