I had this happen on a test machine that I had set up. The E-mails would stay in the
spool directory forever, or until I manually sent them through the IMail Administrator.

If I remember right, I had some sort of setting that just wasn't right. Once I
changed it back, the E-mails would go out immediately again. I think it had something
to do with the remote gateways. You might want to check the SMTP tab in the IMail
Administrator and make sure everything there appears O.K.

I have just installed Imail 6.0 (Evaluation) on a dedicated server located
behind a MS Proxy 2.0 server. The only problem I have is outgoing mail to
the internet hangs in the queue. Here is what is in the sys log when it
received the email from client: (IP x'd out)
08:04 11:00 SMTPD(0107014A) [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] D:\IMail\spool\Dda9814a.SMD
2354
08:04 11:00 SMTP-(00000117) processing D:\IMail\spool\Qda9814a.SMD

Then here is after:
08:04 11:03 SMTP-(00000117) requeuing D:\IMail\spool\Qda9814a.SMP R0 T1
08:04 11:03 SMTP-(00000117) finished D:\IMail\spool\Qda9814a.SMP status=3
08:04 11:03 SMTPD(queue run) 1080 0 11
08:04 11:03 SMTP-(00000125) D:\IMail\spool\Qda9814a.SMP
08:04 11:03 SMTP-(00000125) processing D:\IMail\spool\Qda9814a.SMP

It just keeps requeuing without even trying to send. If I go and manually
send from the Imail Administrator, it properly sends it immediately without
incident? Any ideas?
