Well, hiding the IP addresses makes me guess these are both your IPs.  If so, you 
probably have a monitoring program on the 197.xxx.xxx.xxx computer that has been 
instructed to connect to the SMTP port of the 63.xxx.xxx.xxx server every minute to 
make sure that it is up.
