Best answer here would be to set up a mail gateway, such as Imgate, and have
your customers mail come in through there. You can set it to relay only for
your domain(s) and it will reject everything else.
We operate a mail service that has customers coming in from everywhere. So,
following the instructions on http://imgate.meiway.com we set up a spam
collecting mail gateway. Once done, we had a possible spam message slip
through. Our customer used SpamCop to report it, and reported our mx
record, the Imgate machine. Orbs tested and it passed.
Your other option is getting all 400 customers to use outbound mail
authentication.
