Hi,
I have a couple hundred people to change over to smtp auth and I am looking
for a sample letter that even mere mortals can understand and won't generate a
ton of service calls ;-). Anyone written a good easy to understand effective
paragraph as to why the change is necessary. Anyone have to send a letter to all
their users explaining this is simple language that even computer illiterate
folks can understand?
Every time I explain something it usually generates 20 more questions <grin>
