We have also been running it for some time.  In addition to the checks 
below, we check RSS and MailFrom.

We ran it for some time to determine how it performed and if there were any 
False - Positives.  During that time, we dumped all failures to a folder 
and reviewed them.  We're to the point now where we just delete those which 
fail (except those that fail MailFrom).  We have gotten some 
False-Positives lately from MailFrom, so we are continuing to dump these to 
a folder and review them.

It works fine for us.
