Depending on the encoding (mime, base64, uuencode, binhex...), the syntax
for attached filenames may vary. Try to use
B~name=".*\pvbs":NUL
B~name=".*\pexe":NUL
instead of
B~filename=".*\pvbs":NUL
B~filename=".*\pexe":NUL
Then, don't forget to stop and restart the SMTP Service to make sure
everything is updated.

propogated by my mail lists. My hosting company has me using IMail version
