Ronnie,
The setting for who can post has no effect on delivery to users of the list.
Only who can 'post' messages to the list for delivery. Maybe your first
report was not correct? Maybe having it as 'moderator' and you were not the
moderator, so IMail did not post to the list or send to anyone, except the
moderator.
BTW, you don't mention any bounce messages (which you should have gotten if
you were not the moderator or when IMail could not deliver to particular
addresses). Maybe you have the SMTP 'Refuse Null Senders' enabled? If so,
disable that, stop/start the SMTP service and try sending to the list again.
There are no know bugs in the List Server that cause a problem like you have
described! Many people are using moderated lists without problems. By
setting to Anyone or Subscribers and IMail does deliver to all addresses,
proves to me that the list is working and your first message was an
incorrect description of the problem!
