There can not be more than 1 list owner(moderator).
This person receives error messages as well as control postings to a
moderated list.
But there can be more than 1 list administrator.
You can grant another person with list administrator rights (to all the
lists on the server)
in IMail Administrator or Web Messaging which will allow him to add
users,delete users,
modify list settings etc. through Web Messaging.
