Version 6.06, all patches applied.
I seem to have an issue with 1 network only, and moving it from one
server to another does not make any difference. Different networks can
access the SMTP server via SMTP auth:

However, anything coming from the clients network will not authenticate
(it doesn't even attempt it):

Both mails were sent with outlook (smtp auth enabled). Neither networks
have problems retreiving pop mail.
