I am getting tons of log entries that are obviously people trolling for
valid email addresses. They usually come in from a dummy domain (have looked
them up) and then try to send to maybe 50 emaill addresses under a domain
name we host. Everytime the messages in the log show:
ERR xxxxxxxxx.com invalid user <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
I am assuming that NO messages were sent out and that the system identified
and stopped any email intrusion since there was no other messages in the
logs related to this.
Am I correct?
