Here is what I find for the domain:
chartway.com.
nameserver = ns2.chartway.com.
nameserver = ns1.chartway.com.
10, iway.chartway.com.
216.54.53.66
iway.chartway.com.
216.54.53.130
I did not find an A record for email.chartway.com.
I did find this PTR (reverse) record for the email.chartway.com IP you gave:
68.53.54.216.in-addr.arpa.
host = coxfiber.net.
But it is not the name you indicate.
So that email. host needs an A record (at least) and the PTR record should
be changed to show the correct name.
