This doesn't explain why some emails sent to ucalgary.ca get through first
try.  Secondly, though many emails retry a number of times, they seem to
eventually get through; we don't get any bounced messages.

On another point, I don't think we've ever set up reverse dns on our system.
Is this necessary?  What's required?
