Hi Tim,

The problem had to do with the MS Distributed Transaction Coordinator.  We
kept getting a code error from IIS indicating DTC Server was unavailable.
Error logged to an obscure text file instead of the NT/2000 logs.  It was an
ACL issue.  There is a specific DTC user that needs rights to the SQL
server.  MS didn't even know this, they had to call us back.
