Are you using SSL? I've seen this happen on a W2K machine running IMail; the problem
with deleting/replying/forwarding would happen when using SSL, but would not occur
without SSL. The only solution (while keeping SSL) was to add an SSL tunneling
program that would listen on the HTTPS port, convert to SSL, and send to the HTTP port.
