1: Just do a registry backup (with either regedit or the tool in iadmin) of
the imail branch, copy all your files/folders to the new machine,  restore the
registry with the appropriate tool,  and make sure the "old" IPs are bound(or
changed appropriately in the registry).

2: There are a couple of tools I've seen.  Look on the imail utilities page on
the ipswitch site.  One was "ExtractUsers"
2a: "ExtractUsers"
2b: I don't think so.

3: Not a CF person, shouldn't be difficult though.

4: As far as I know, just make sure the built-in SMTP is disabled.  There was
something about problems with CDONTS when using the built-in SMTP on another
port.  If this is an issue, check the archives.
