Am not sure if it applies to Outlook, but it's as far as I know the same
"engine" for the mail part.
BIG diference, OE is an email client, whereas Outlook has integrated
features such as calendar, journal and task functions, really more pro
compared to OE. But check out MS, there you'll get more details -

About the dbx handling, yes I'd assume it's the same.

"Microsoft Outlook" too ??
What is the difference between the outlook express and microsoft
outlook ?
I think the way they handle the dbx should be quite same , right ?
Do u know where can I find more info about their difference ??
