I Look after an imail V6 server at my new job.
Until now everything has been relatively straight forward and I have managed to
bumble my way through all of the problems I have encountered due in a large way
to this forum. However we have a client that wishes to use WEBMail. I set up
Imail on one of my servers at home and web messaging works fine. On the
server at work however I get this error......
" Invalid template, please contact Administrator!!
" on a blank page.
As we host mail for several hundred domains I don't
want to take any chances trying to resolve it myself due to lack of knowledge
and time restrictions.
I copied the entire contents of the web folder from
my working machine at home onto the live server.
I then renamed the working folder on my home server
to try and recreate the error and got it.
I then checked all of the path settings on the live
server and all were correct.
I did notice that whoever set the machine up
originally installed Imail to " D:\EMAIL " so just in case there were any
literal paths in the code of the program I also copied the web directory into
C:\imail and D:\Imail. I have not managed to even get a different error has
anyone got any ideas as I suspect it is something obvious that I am missing but
have only been given four days to get this to work.
Any help greatly appreciated.
