The more times I read this email I got from Ipswitch...the po'd I get...
You pay for a service contract, that is supposed to include tech support
(which has been lousy for me so far) and upgrades.
Now a major release comes out (upgrade) and they want *more* money.
Some sales guy or some VP completely out of touch with the real world
put this *new* program together in an effort to try to get me/us to pay
again for something that I have *already* paid for.
I dunno...apparently we are all supposed to be deaf, dumb, blind and
stooopid.
The email I should have gotten should have read...
"As a valued customer in good standing with a service contract, you are
eligible to receive, at no additional charge, the 7.0 release as soon as
it comes available....thank you for choosing IMail."
Greedy companies and people annoy me.
