I don't have a find/replace applet but after you finish I have three letters
for you...
DNS. :-))
Being a coder myself, I have done this before. I have learned to never,
never use a specific IP address in code. Its kinda like using the ordinal
column positions of recordset. When you need to change it, there are always
more uses of it than you thought when you started and it gets very
cumbersome to change.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Off Topic: Find and Replace Program?
Sorry for the off topic everyone!
Does anyone know of a program that will find and replace text in multiple
files within a directory that will work on an NT Server? We are being
forced to change or IP Addresses this afternoon and need to do a global find
and replace of some IP Addresses that are embedded in some ASP code.
Please reply directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Thanks!
Sincerely,
Grant Griffith, Vice President
