How does one do a rollback? I've seen no such option when installing a minor upgrade or a hotfix. Do you mean that you simply create a backup of the C:\IMail directory and restore alle files from the backup directory? Are ALL Imail related files ideed in the C:\IMail directory, nothing in windows system or something like it? The word rollback produced no hits in the knowledge base and the words roll (1) and back (97) several non relative hits.
