Hi, wow.... I know there is something constructive in there...just can't find it...
I've been ipswitch from the start too...and my experience is tech support is about 3 on scale of 1 to 10. My question submitted to Ipswitch months ago NEVER was resolved so I gave up and moved on. I still use Imail, but try not to need tech support. Yea, I paid for a support contract which at this point in time is a waste of my money. You must be watching a different list than me....don't recall Scott ever whining or complaining. But, ok...
