Hello all, I'm sure this has been covered somewhere before, but my searches on previous posts didn't turn up much. I am using the F-Secure product and trying to do external calls to the command line scanner when an email comes in. Following the procedure described here http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20000517-DM01.htm is very little use, it gives me an error in the log file. Does the external scanning require a batch file or something to fully process the file? Any help would be appreciated. I called support and they told me to put the command line scanners' complete path in the SendName registry as described in the article and said that would work...
