At minimum you would need a program(or batch file)to file to run the scanner, determine if the message is infected, and then call smtp32.
There are a lot of issues with this. Does the scanner handle MIME encoded files well, etc. I looked at doing thins a while back, and decided for $495, Declude was the easier solution. It simply would have taken a lot more than 5 hours to implement and test.
