I understand about the "real world", maybe my question wasn't clear. In the instructions you're talking about there is a note saying that the Imail SMTP port will send and receive on the same port, so if I change it to listen on 1125, then it will send on 1125. (if that's incorrect then that solves my problem) It seems that I would need to set NAV to listen on 25 and send on 1125, and Imail to listen on 1125 and send on 25. This way I don't need to change my users' settings and all mail would pass through Norton. Can you clear up my confusion/dilemma? I was hoping someone on the list would have this configuration working and could quickly point me in the right direction.
