I'm using Outlook Express to send the mail. I also tried it with
WebMail. Same result, it still comes through.
The log lists the following

12/14/2001 11:30:39 Q373f222 MIME file: eicar.com.txt [7bit]
12/14/2001 11:30:39 Q373f222 Scanned: Virus Free [MIME: 2 208]
