The "7bit" means that it was sent without using any encoding.  Chances are 
OE is sending it as a text segment (which is safe, and can not contain an 
executable virus).

If you send a copy to [EMAIL PROTECTED], we can analyze the raw MIME 
headers to see what is happening.
