In September I asked on this issue at forum for some help: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg41823.html Nobody really knew s.th. on this issue. But most likely I should go to the Ipswitch support as well. I investigated to the Arcserve direction as well, but with no results. It would be the best, when the web service is running alright again. But we gave up after weeks to find out what it was.
