It would be largely dependent upon the scanner used, but the answer in may case is no.
I've always used my scanners' most sensitive settings, and even catching files F-Prot only marks as "suspicious" Ive never had anything stopped that was legitimate mail. If something is blocked, it's simple to put a quarantined messsage back into the queue _if_ you get a complaint.
