Only as often as your virus scanner makes the mistake. Declude doesn't perform the scan. It is the facility that pulls the attachment out of the Imail message and passes the attachment to a scanner of your choice. The reliability of the virus trapping is dependent on the reliability of your virus scanner, not Declude.
Most of us use F-Prot for the scanner. I actually use F-Prot for the email scanner and NAV for the real-time machine scanner.
