Declude (and similar systems) ask a virus scanner to look at the mail and attachments.... any false positives would come from the scanner, not from Declude itself. Any good commercial virus scanner works and false positives are not an issue. I use Sophos. F-Prot seems to be popular, too.
sigh... If we only had an antiSpam tool as effective as the antiVirus tools....
