I know this is off topic but this group has a wealth of experience and I'm sure someone out there knows how to help. (enough ass kissin'). Several of my users (including myself) are getting our emails duplicated on our desktops. I suspect Outlook 2000 (genius or what!) or the file server holding the .pst files for all users. Outlook is set to check for mail every 10 mins and leave a copy on server for 2 days. The problem seems that in the morning when users first check email all is fine but an hour or so later they get all their old emails downloaded again plus the new messages. Is this a problem with .pst files on the file server not being accessed / updated quickly enough or is it a problem with the actual mailboxes not flagging the messages as read and thinking they have to downloaded to the client again? I have 25 users but only 5 have reported duplicate mail.
