We are running Windows 2000 SP4 with Imail 8.03hf1 (w/Declude JMPro). Since upgrading to 8.03 and 8.03hf1, we have started to receive complaints that a number of our customers are sending and receiving through our servers duplicate emails. I thought this was an isolated case, however it is happening on two entirely separate servers across numerous domains. I myself have experienced it. Is anyone else seeing this strange behavior.
What I would do is check the log files to see what is happening. There's a very good chance that the E-mail is being received twice (or possibly downloaded twice, but I would doubt that since you experienced the duplicate E-mail as well).
