Not to make you mad I would say there are more than a few that use SPAMCOP
in their spam lists. I have see many reports of false positives like yours
and SPAMCOPS 2% threshold seems a bit tight. 

Our experience in helping some private business that got their mail servers
listed removed from their database was pretty good.
