Our Mail server became listed last week on SpamCop for our Declude
Virus messages that was being sent back to the sender. So now i have
had to turn off the virus notifications.

SpamCop will soon find themselves in the same 'soup' as
RBL and others. If they damage a legitimate business then
they do expose themselves to legal action. Each time RBL
has been sued they give in but only after a suit is filed.
It is an important issue even for regular mail providers,
but it is so often difficult to determine what is legitimate
mail or just a so called opt in list that is spamming.
If SpamCop is unresponsive, there is no doubt, in my opinion,
they will be sued successfully same as RBL.
