yes people use them but i am not sure how to deal with them i run a mailing list which is double opt in and some people complained that they were not getting their messages come to find out those people's messages were being blocked by spam cop. I told them they need to deal with their provider about it because it is legitimate mail never been sent out as spam so it had no business being on their list.
