A (sadly!) common request. I've set this up a few times and helped some others off-list. Basically, just take your domains and accounts off your Imail server and set up your Exchange server in the Imail server's HOSTS file; this is the same setup you would use if you were setting up Imail as a backup mail server. Then set up your Exchange server to use Imail as its Smart Host for outgoing. Contact me off-list if you want some pointers.
