Unfortunately, this would backfire. Because, legitimate advertisement mail would have the ADV: and then we wouldn't be able to use it as a SPAM checker anyway.

But, most spammers don't care about the risk (they are often already breaking other laws), and would prefer to make more money by not having the "ADV:" in there.
