Andy, You can block individual hosts or entire IP blocks. In the Imail Administrator select localhost -> Services -> SMTP and click the SMTP Security tab. Click the "Control Access" button then add the host to block by clicking the "Add" button. Be sure to restart the SMTP service after you are finished.
